Led end-to-end procurement for industrial materials and IT components, managing RFQs, quotation evaluation, and PO processing in SoftGen ERP. Handled import procurement by coordinating supplier documentation, shipment readiness, and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF) with logistics and accounts teams. Maintained PR–PO–GRN tracking, resolved delivery, quality, and invoice discrepancies, and produced procurement MIS including PO aging and vendor performance reports.
